Our growing fence problem

I'm fairly certain our entire fence needs to be replaced. That's right. Replaced. It is less than THREE years old. When I asked about the cracking and leaning post before our home warranty was expired, I was told "eh, it's fine... it's just the way the sun hits it..." Of course this was by the same guy that also told me that our roof and skylight weren't leaking when of course they WERE, and that the stain on the dining room ceiling was "old" when it wasn't. I don't believe this guy, and though he is a nice person, I feel he should be considered fairly "incompetent" when it comes to the job he was doing. Interestingly he is no longer in that position. So now, now I think it is time to lobby again concerning the fence. We did eventually convince them to fix our roof, so maybe the fence will be replaced, or at least patched?

Photographic evidence of the problems:

Here's our gate. Note the lock. Also note that the fence is only attached to the post that the gate locks into at the BOTTOM. The post has veered off to the right so far that the screws have popped out. And it wobbles. Wobble wobble wobble wobble.

This is on the side of the yard. I'm still not clear why... the post is straight, though cracked, but the post is no longer attached to the fence.

Now THAT'S a cracked post!

And this entire cross bar is splitting into multiple pieces.

These are just the best pictures I could get of the problem. It was hard to illustrate the leaning of the fence in a picture, but it is WAVY. Of course, the little side small fence my dad helped us build is solid as the day we put it up. This is just a decrepit fence. Decrepit.

Do you have that wonderful lawn furniture out yet? Can I get my minivan down your alley?

I think I found something to keep the kids away from your house, I saw this on Good Morning America. It called The Mosquito, it emits the high frequencies that children, and teenagers can hear and ranges up to 60 feet. Im not sure how it would affect your cats or how much it costs. Below is the website for you to check it out. My job has got to start soon I have turned into a couch potato, I am filling up with worthless information. Hope your thumb gets better.

Jamie, that's AWESOME!!! Did they mention the price range? There's nothing about how much it costs on the website, which means it's expensive I'm sure! We HAVE to get one!!!

That Mosquito thing looks like a boatload of fun. I'd buy 15 of them and get them all going at once. Unfortunately, for some reason I haven't had any small children get within 500 feet of my house in years. It's a shame, those little tykes are so tasty.

It would be fun to drive ALL of the children out of the neighborhood! Especially now that it is getting warmer.
